The hyperactive Norwegian dynamo, built for outdoor adventure!
🗺 Origins
The Haldenstøver comes straight from southern Norway, near the Swedish border. Not very well known outside its country, it was created in the early 20th century by mixing local hounds with German, Swedish, and British breeds. The result? A true hunter, agile and fast, made for wide open spaces.

The Haldenstøver is the perfect dog for nature and adventure lovers. It loves to explore, run, and follow trails, but it needs an active and motivated owner to match its boundless energy. In a family, it is nice but a bit rough. If you're looking for a dynamic, loyal companion made for outdoor life, it's the one for you. 🚀
