Schillerstövare (or Schiller Hound)

The Schiller Hound is a Swedish hunting dog with prestigious origins. It descends from lines of hunting dogs influenced by British Harriers and Swiss hunting dogs. Its development officially began in 1886 when Per Schiller, a Swedish farmer, presented two dogs, Tamburini and Ralla I, at a dog show. These dogs would become the foundation of the breed that bears his name.

It is a robust and enduring dog, primarily used for hunting hares and foxes. Active, fast, and powerful, it is dedicated to sporty owners and hunting enthusiasts.
